DELIVERY POLICY



DELIVERY

Before placing your order, you must select the delivery method that best suits your needs. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will send you the order consisting of the product(s) listed on each Shipping Confirmation without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Home deliveries will cost 4.95 euros for Spain, Italy, Portugal and Andorra and will be delivered within 2-4 working days. Orders over €80 will be free of charge for this area.

The shipping cost for the rest of the EU countries will be 14€ and will be delivered in 3-5 working days, orders over 100€ will be free for this area.

For the rest of non-EU countries and the Canary Islands the shipping cost will be 20€ and delivered in 3-4 working days.

Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customisation of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of either proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note, however, that except in exceptional circumstances, we do not deliver to your home on Saturdays or Sundays, except in the case of the virtual gift card, which will be delivered on the date indicated by you.

For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" or the order shall be deemed to have taken place or to have been "delivered" at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If it is impossible for us to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we are unable to find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will also leave you a note explaining where your order is and how to arrange for it to be re-delivered to you. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.

If the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will contact you and, if thirty (30) days after we have placed the item at your disposal you have not collected it or you refuse to receive it, it will be considered abandoned. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risks of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

You will acquire ownership of the goods when we receive payment in full of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges, or at the time of delivery (as defined in clause 9 above), whichever is the later.
